Amisha and Dia in Om Shanti Om
If 30 stars other than Shahrukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Arjun Rampal and Shreyas Talpade in 'Om Shanti Om' were not enough, Farah Khan has now also roped in Amisha Patel and Dia Mirza for a special appearance.
Indications are that the two pretty ladies have more than just a blink-and-you-would-miss appearance and would actually be seen romancing Shahrukh Khan in one of the important sequences of the film.
We caught Farah before she dashed off for a dekko into the final copy of the film. She caught a moment's breather and confirmed the news stating, "Yes, they are also there in the film. They shot for the film about a month and half ago."
On being contacted again Farah adds, "Both Amisha and Dia have a small cameo in the film. They feature in two separate short movie clips when Shah Rukh Khan is nominated for an award."
Grapevine also insists that the sequence has a Swiss Alps background with the pretty ladies dolled up in chiffon sarees. "Yes, the sequence has a very Yash Chopra feel to it. It is basically a take off on number of films that Shah Rukh Khan has done in the past."
Are the ladies singing, dancing or mouthing dialogues for the film too? Negates Farah, "They don't do any of these. Neither do they sing/dance nor do they mouth any dialogues. All that you would hear is the theme music of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai playing in the background."
