KBC is the financier of OM SHANTI OM!
While Columbia Tristar have settled for a lower revenue sharing agreement with the multiplexes for SAAWARIYA, their 'Diwali' release opponents EROS are at a critical stage of negotiation for their OM SHANTI OM. EROS's terms and conditions with some of the remaining multiplex chains are expected to be finalized anytime.
Coming back to EROS International's latest procured venture, OM SHANTI OM, the lead actor and producer of the movie, Shah Rukh Khan had some interesting facts to share. He says that he has not borrowed anything from the market (unlike what is being speculated) and has used his own earnings from the popular quiz show KBC (Kaun Banega Crorepati) to produce OM SHANTI OM.
Well, that's an excellent initiative and we hope that other Bollywood makers are listening.
